I see you there
A memory
Before my eyes
At the back of my mind
A memory now left behind
In the fog, crying, praying
I am here, I'm still waiting
A world unfit of remembrance
I too do not belong
For this world, it speaks in riddle
And I've spoken in song
When you are done deliberating
You will find that I'm still waiting
By the love and loss
Of which the truth consists
I stand by our memories and reminisce
We mortal souls are a fine breed
A memory is all we need
Just a thought, a second glance
A memory found upon sheer chance

Are you sure you're my sister? You spent like 15 years making incredibly bad (sorry, but from what I remember...most of them were) poems, and now you're writing masterpieces EVERY DAY. I could swear it! These poems are just so incredibly, all your latest ones...you impress me so much! Your new poems seem so full of insight and understanding that I just can't believe they're not being taken out of published masterpiece books. Seriously.

Okay, not all of your old poems were bad, but some were, and now your poems are incredible. Whatever is inspiring you, I hope you don't lose it! :D Good job!
